we sell accessibility — we'd better start with ourselves

Accessibility statement

Last updated: July 2026 · Scope: ouverta.com

Our commitment

An accessibility vendor whose own site is inaccessible does not deserve your trust. This site is built to meet the WCAG 2.1 AA criteria referenced by EN 301 549 and the French RGAA: semantic structure and landmarks, a skip link, full keyboard navigation, visible focus indicators, AA contrast as a minimum (AAA for body text), unrestricted zoom, and respect for the "reduce motion" preference.

Conformance status

The site is checked with our own automated engine before every release — the least we can do. Last check: 19 July 2026 — 0 automated non-conformities (axe-core, WCAG 2.1 A/AA criteria, site pages and sample reports, light and dark themes). A full audit (including the human checks that automated analysis cannot cover, as we explain throughout this site) will be carried out and published here, with its conformance rate, before the commercial launch. We do not display a rate we have not measured.

Technology

HTML and CSS, with no JavaScript framework and no third-party scripts — a single internal script of a few lines remembers your theme preference (light/dark) without sending any data. Self-hosted fonts. No accessibility overlay — on principle as much as for consistency.

Feedback and contact

If you hit an accessibility barrier on this site, write to contact@ouverta.com describing the page and the problem. We reply within 24 working hours and fix it as a priority — to us, a defect reported on this site is a production incident.

Enforcement and escalation

If you feel your report has not been dealt with satisfactorily, you may contact the competent authority in your country (in France, the Défenseur des droits — defenseurdesdroits.fr).
