Privacy policy
What this site does not do
This site uses no cookies and no trackers — no third-party analytics, no advertising pixels, no remote fonts. That is why you have seen no consent banner: there is no consent to seek.
What we collect, and why
- If you write to us (contact@ouverta.com): your email address and the content of your message, so that we can reply. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps and legitimate interest.
- If you ask us to analyse a website: the public address of the site in question. The resulting report is confidential: it is sent to you, and you alone, and is never published.
Nothing else. No profiling, no resale, no data enrichment.
Retention periods
Correspondence from our direct marketing is kept for no more than 12 months after the last contact, then deleted. If you ask not to be contacted again, your address is placed on a permanent suppression list — the only data we keep.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection and portability. An email to contact@ouverta.com is enough; we reply within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority (for example, in France, the CNIL — cnil.fr).
EU representative and data location
The appointment of a representative under Article 27 of the GDPR is under way; their details will appear here before the commercial launch. Our commitment: data belonging to European clients of the service will be processed within the European Union, by a hosting provider named on this page.
Direct marketing
Our B2B marketing emails always state the source of your address, a full identity, and a one-step way to opt out. An opt-out is final — we keep a suppression list, and we honour it.
